Shipping & Delivery

AYUNELLE ships to Latvia and selected European Union destinations. The available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery time are always displayed before an order is confirmed.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days . Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During peak periods, product launches or supplier warehouse congestion, processing may take longer.

Where do orders ship from?

AYUNELLE orders are prepared and dispatched by us from Latvia using the delivery methods available at checkout.

European Union deliveries

For deliveries within the European Union, customers do not normally complete import customs formalities. The delivery price shown at checkout is the price charged for the selected delivery method.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery window is shown during checkout. If no specific delivery period has been agreed, delivery will take place within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent to the email address used for the order once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Delayed, damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or tracking has not moved for an unusual period, contact info@ayunelle.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.
